Welcome to episode 10 of The Orlagh Claire Podcast!
I know, 10 whole episodes! Pretty mental, right?
In this week’s episode, I am in conversation with Sophie Princeton, someone I have been following on social media for a very long time as she has always inspired me with her work ethic both inside and outside of the office.
It was so nice to finally meet Sophie face-to-face even though through a laptop screen, and have a chat about careers and life in Liverpool.
What we discussed
I’ve been so intrigued about Sophie’s career in the radio industry and had the opportunity to grill her on both this and the part of her career that led her to living in London for a while.
I get the low-down on why Sophie much prefers Liverpool to London (I can relate!) and how she juggles her full-time job alongside running Girls in Work, an online platform and community for women in the workplace.

The podcast is available to stream right now on Anchor, Spotify, Apple Music and various other podcast streaming services.
