If there’s one thing I’ve learned since moving to Sydney, it’s that you are never more than a few weeks away from having another concert to put in your calendar.
From huge international artists taking over Sydney’s stadiums and arenas to smaller acts playing intimate nights at the Enmore Theatre and Metro Theatre, there is always something coming up for music lovers.
After spending the last couple of years discovering Sydney’s live music scene and going to more concerts than I probably need to admit, I wanted to put together a complete guide to the best concerts happening in Sydney in 2027.
Whether you’re looking for country music, pop, rock, indie or one of those artists you haven’t listened to since you were 16 but suddenly absolutely need to see live, hopefully you’ll find something here to add to your calendar.
I’ll be updating this post throughout the year as more artists announce Australian tours and new Sydney dates are revealed, so consider this your ever-growing Sydney concert calendar for 2027.
I’ll be adding new shows as they’re announced and updating the monthly sections with dates, venues, support acts and anything else you need to know.
And if 2027 is anything to go by already, we’re in for a very good year of live music in Sydney.

Upcoming Concerts in Sydney 2027
There are already a few concerts in the 2027 Sydney calendar that I’m particularly excited about.
Waylon Wyatt is right at the top of my list, especially because he’ll be playing the Enmore Theatre in January. I’ve been getting more and more into the red dirt and country scene, so I’m very excited to catch him in a smaller venue while I can.
Megan Moroney is another obvious one, especially after seeing her live before, and I’m already counting down to her Sydney show in May.
Then there’s The Script in March, which feels extra exciting because Picture This are supporting them. I only recently saw Picture This in Sydney and absolutely loved them, so getting to see them again alongside The Script is a pretty perfect combination for me.
Bruno Mars is also firmly on the list, because a Bruno Mars show at Accor Stadium is basically guaranteed to be a full-scale pop spectacle, and I’ve never seen him live before.
And finally, Eric Church is one I’ve wanted to see for years, so if he makes it onto the Sydney concert calendar in 2027, you can pretty much guarantee I’ll be trying to get a ticket.
These are the shows I’m already keeping a very close eye on, but knowing how quickly Sydney’s concert calendar fills up, I’m sure this list will be getting longer.

And that brings us to the end of the Sydney concert calendar… for now, anyway.
The best thing about putting together a concert guide this far in advance is that this list is only going to get longer.
New Australian tours are announced constantly, artists add extra dates, support acts are revealed and the occasional completely unexpected name appears on the calendar and immediately gets added to the wishlist.
I’ll be updating this guide throughout 2027 as new concert announcements are made, so bookmark this page and check back whenever you’re planning your next night out.
I’ll be adding new shows to the relevant month as they’re announced, so hopefully this becomes your go-to guide for figuring out who’s playing in Sydney and when.
Whether you’re after a huge stadium show, a night at one of Sydney’s iconic theatres or a tiny gig where you can stand practically on top of the stage, there should be plenty to keep your concert calendar busy in 2027.
Now I just need to work out how I’m supposed to pay for all these tickets.
