I was asked a few times last year how I managed to I was asked a few times last year how I managed to read so much. The simple answer is lockdown, but waking up an hour earlier just to read definitely helps! Along with a few other things - swipe for every book I read in 2020 ❤️
After posting something similar on Wednesday, @jam After posting something similar on Wednesday, @jamesclear included this quote in his Thursday newsletter and it just ✨ resonated ✨

Dig deeper into your fears, make it as small as you can and then come to the realization that it’s not actually real 🤌🏼

Go for what you want ✌🏼
Influencer Creator Houses, have you heard of them? Influencer Creator Houses, have you heard of them? Lots of teen and young influencers living together in million dollar mansions, constantly filming and creating content - sounds great, right? 📸

Phones constantly in your face, competing with friends who have 100 million followers, and having to be ‘on’ 24/7; this blog post takes a look at the great things that can come from spaces like this and also the negatives (Team10) - and did you know, even IRELAND has its own TikTok influencer house 😅
Small town problems? Probably. I kept my blog a se Small town problems? Probably. I kept my blog a secret for a LONG time when I first started because I was afraid of what other people would say and that I would be mocked. Truth be told, I still have that fear and don’t post anything on my personal accounts about my blog or books etc 🙃

But I recently came to the realization that these people I’m afraid of most likely don’t care and if they do, what can I do about it?

New year new mindset x
It’s always a good start to list out your goals It’s always a good start to list out your goals for the year but you can take those goals one step further by imagining six months into the future and thinking of all the different ways you may fail to meet your goals.

If a goal of yours is to be able to run 10km comfortably by June, think of the reasons you may not meet this goal.

Maybe you don’t commit to training? Maybe you don’t make a plan of action? Maybe you don’t find ways to enjoy running?

Now think of ways you can make sure these reasons aren’t your excuses in six months time. Make a plan of action, create time to train and find ways to enjoy the process ❤️
