It’s always a good start to list out your goals It’s always a good start to list out your goals for the year but you can take those goals one step further by imagining six months into the future and thinking of all the different ways you may fail to meet your goals.

If a goal of yours is to be able to run 10km comfortably by June, think of the reasons you may not meet this goal.

Maybe you don’t commit to training? Maybe you don’t make a plan of action? Maybe you don’t find ways to enjoy running?

Now think of ways you can make sure these reasons aren’t your excuses in six months time. Make a plan of action, create time to train and find ways to enjoy the process ❤️

10 Anticipated Reads in 2021! All the books I’m 10 Anticipated Reads in 2021! All the books I’m planning to preorder and read this year 🤓 More info and pre-order links on the blog today ❤️
I’ve finally joined the ‘I love mornings’ cl I’ve finally joined the ‘I love mornings’ club. After being the person who slept in until midday, the past few months I’ve realized that the earlier I get up, the more time I have in my day - mental, right?

I’ve started waking earlier, looking forward to my first cup of coffee and reading 50 or so pages before starting my day ☕️

By waking earlier we manage to almost ‘create’ more time by not sleeping through it - try it! Make some morning habits, write them down and then tick them off first thing to start the day off on an early achievement ✅
Should influencers be held to a higher responsibil Should influencers be held to a higher responsibility than us mere mortals? Do robotic apology videos make the issue go away? Maybe it’s one rule for us and another for them but will there be big repercussions in the influencer marketing world for these influencers who were seen partying in Tier 4 restrictions 🤔
